What you can expect.
The first meeting begins with a phone call or email. I will assist with a brief consultation about what has brought you to seek therapy, what I offer, answer any questions you may have and whether I may be a good fit.
In our first session, I welcome you to my therapeutic space and discuss a bit about the therapy, what you are seeking support with and possible time frames and expectations from you going forward with the therapy. We can also explore once again whether what I have to offer may be suitable for your needs and offer a time for you to decide on our continued work together
